Return Policy (Domestic Orders - USA Only)
Full-priced items purchased on shopalexis.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's delivery date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try on while standing on a carpeted surface. Footwear and handbags must be returned in their original shoebox, with any dust bags, cards, and packaging intact, within 7 days of the item's delivery date. Shoeboxes are not to be used as shipping boxes. The shoebox should be placed within appropriate outer packaging, with contents secured within.
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive email confirmation that a refund or store credit has been issued. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of shopalexis.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or shoebox replacement.
- We accept returns on clothing shipped back within 14 days of delivery receipt. Returned items shipped after 14 days of delivery receipt will not be accepted.
- Shoes and handbags are required to be shipped back within 7 days of delivery receipt. Returned items shipped after 7 days of delivery receipt will not be accepted.
Returns are eligible for refund (with a $12 return fee), store credit, or exchange, as long as they meet the following requirements:
- Items returned must be in original condition, including all tags, packaging, accessories, dust or garment bag, and accessory box. Please do not use the accessory box as the shipping box.
- All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- Please try on shoes on soft surfaces only. Returns cannot be accepted for shoes with scuffed or marked soles.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund, an exchange, or a store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
- A $12 return fee will be applied to all returns which will be deducted from your refund. If you choose store credit as your form of refund, the $12 return fee will be waived.
- All returns must be shipped using the return label provided by us. Returns sent using any other shipping method may not be accepted or processed.
- Please note we do not do price adjustments on items previously purchased at full price. If an item is purchased on sale and the price drops during the sale time, we are unable to do a price adjustment
- Please note that order processing time during sale can take 2-3 days.
Return Policy (International Orders – Outside USA)
All international orders are FINAL SALE. We ship globally with certain exceptions. Duties and taxes must be prepaid and will be collected at checkout.
How To Make A Return
To request a return label, you can generate this automatically on our Return Portal. Follow the steps below to complete this process:
- Please use the email you provided at check out along with the order number you received in your confirmation email.
- Select the items you would like to return.
- Select the reasons for return.
- Choose the desired return method: Refund ($12 return fee will be deducted), Exchange, or Store Credit.
Please note, only domestic orders within the return period will initiate the flow. All sale orders and international orders are FINAL SALE.

Domestic/International Shipping Guidelines
All orders are shipped via UPS Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday – Friday after 3 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once processed you will receive your order within 2-7 business days. Please note orders are not shipped with a signature required. Shop-Alexis.com, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Shop-Alexis.com, LLC is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
