Order Placement Guideline
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please make sure to provide your email address when placing your order if not you will not receive your order confirmation via email. Once an order has been submitted changes to ship to address cannot be accommodated. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Return Policy (Domestic Orders - USA Only)
As of May 1 2021: We accept return requests within 5 business days from the delivery date.
Returns are eligible for refund ($12 restocking fee), store credit, or exchanges, as long as it meets the following requirements:
- Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- Items must be full price items. All sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.

- We reserve the right to deny a refund, an exchange, or a store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. A $12.00 return fee will be applied to all returns which will be deducted from your refund. If you choose a store credit the $12 return fee will be waived.
- Please note we do not do price adjustments on items previously purchased at full price. If an item is purchased on sale and the price drops during the sale time we are unable to do a price adjustment.
Return Policy (International Orders – Outside USA)
We ship globally with certain exceptions. Duties and taxes must be pre-paid and will be collected at checkout. All international orders are FINAL SALE.
How To Make A Return
To request a FREE return label, you can generate this automatically on our Return Portal, here.
Follow the below steps to complete this process:
- Please use the email you provided at check out along with the order number you received in your confirmation email. This 5-digit number will start will start with the number 1.
- Select the items you would like to return.
- Select the reasons for return.
- Choose the desired return method: Refund ($12 restocking fee will be deducted), Exchange, or Store Credit
Please note, only domestic orders within the return period will initiate the flow. All sale orders and international orders are FINAL SALE.

Return Processing Time
Refunds can take up to 5 business days after delivery is received back to our warehouse.
- Once we receive your return and confirm its in acceptable condition, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
- A $12.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund for restocking.
- All sales taxes will be refunded; however original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. A credit will post to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Shop-Alexis.com, LLC cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
- Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse.
- Starting May 1 2021, all items that are received back to our warehouse after 15 days of generating the return label will be rejected. Subsequently, your items will be shipped back to original sender.
Domestic Shipping Rates (within the continental United States)
Domestic/International Shipping Guidelines
All orders are shipped via UPS Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday – Friday after 4 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once processed you will receive your order within 2-7 business days. Please note orders are not shipped with signature required. Shop-Alexis.com, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. Shop-Alexis.com, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Shop-Alexis.com, LLC is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Flat rate ground shipping and free returns are only available within the continental United States.

We accept all major credit cards, online store credit, and gift cards.
We have also partnered with ZIP Pay (formerly QuadPay) so you can buy now and pay later. Zip Pay splits the purchase amount into 4 interest-free payments, spread over 6 weeks.
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Florida. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.

International customers will be responsible for all duties and taxes. In order for your order to be processed duties and taxes must be prepaid.
